Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Requirements All bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance to allow proper preparation. A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm your booking. 2. Deposit & Payment Terms A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event. For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, ACH transfer, or business check. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made in writing via email. If canceled 14 days or more before the event, the deposit can be applied to a future booking within six months. If canceled less than 14 days before the event, the deposit is non-transferable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days before the original event date. 4. Travel & Accommodation For in-person events travel and accommodation costs may apply. If travel is required, all expenses must be covered by the client and included in the final invoice. 5. Late Payments & No-Shows A 10% late fee will be added to any unpaid balance past the due date. If payment is not received 3 days before the event, the booking may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. 6. Custom Requests & Special Accommodations If you require customized content, extended sessions, or additional services, please discuss these details at the time of booking. Any special accommodations must be requested at least 7 days in advance. By booking with Nalley-Stoddard 6 Visions LLC, you agree to these terms.
